Reservation Information
Please make a pre-payment deposit of 50% of the total room rate within 3 days of the reservation (Full payment is required during the Spring Festival/Chilling Period and during the summer vacation period). Late rooms are not reserved. Please excuse me for forgiveness.
After the remittance is completed, Hui will call to inform: account number 5 code, name, telephone, date of accommodation, number of people, to facilitate the completion of the booking process.
Additional person: Soom of the rooms can add 1 extra person with additional charges, please contact us for the fees.
In response to the environmental protection and love of the earth, the property does not provide one-time disposable products. It only provides shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, a large towel and a hairdryer. Unused bath products are welcome to bring back. Continuing guest does not take the initiative to change the towel, please inform us if you need to change the towel. Work together for the land and the earth to reduce the load on the environment.
The property is equipped with a baby bath, bedside guardrail, and toiletries (below 6 years old). Please inform us when booking. Limited number, please book first. Since purple banzhu is located in a public area, if you need to use it, please inform it at the time of booking and arrange as close to the room as possible.
Housing notice
Please read the following notes in detail. When remittances complete the booking process, they agree to the following agreement!
Check-in: Please present your national ID (passenger’s passport) upon check-in for check-in and payment of the accommodation fee.
In/Out: Accommodation: From 15:00 to 21:00; Cancellation: Before 11:00.
If you do not arrive before 17:00 on the day of your stay, please call to confirm your accommodation in order to reserve the room for you. Otherwise, you will be regarded as giving up.
The property does not offer disposable toiletries such as toothpaste, toothbrush, razor, etc. It only provides shower gel, lotion and body lotion.
Breakfast: Shoufeng breakfast restaurant or Shoufeng popular breakfast (In case of a public holiday, the property will prepare a separate meal). * Vegetarians are requested to inform at the time of booking.
The property does not allow indoor smoking. Please smoke in a designated outdoor location.
In order to respect the quality of accommodation for others, do not overdo it or touch it after 10pm. Please keep the voice down.
Please keep your belonings carefully, in case of any loss, no compensation will be made.
The porperty is exclusive for the staying guests, and visitors will be charge with a fee.
Due to human factors causing damage to the property, full payment of the compensation fee is required.
Cancel reservation
The charge for the deposit of this bed and breakfast is based on the “Defining Contract” promulgated by the Tourism Bureau, and the deduction for canceling the reservation according to the prescribed rate is as follows:
On the day of the guest’s stay, the reservation is cancelled and the prepayment amount is 100%
The guest cancels the booking within 1 day before the date of the accommodation. Pre-payment deposit is 80%.
The guest cancels the booking within 2-3 days before the accommodation
Travelers cancel the booking within 4-6 days before the accommodation date.
Travelers cancel the booking within 7-9 days before the accommodation date.
Travelers cancel the booking within 10-13 days before the accommodation date.
Travelers cancel the booking before 14 days (including 14 days) before the accommodation date. (or can be extended for a period of half a year)
In the event of traffic disruption caused by natural disasters (such as earthquakes or typhoons), the deposit can be refunded 100% (or it can be deferred for half a year, up to one time).
If it is impossible to leave due to the obstruction of typhoon traffic, the stay during the stay will be calculated at 50% off.
